This was a great find thanks to betterbidding.com! Amenities were different from what is currently showing on this forum. Started at $50 and kept adding areas without 3.5* or 4* properties until I got accepted at $80 (previous bid was $75)

Started with 4* $100 then $110 and added Mount Vernon VA (only had 2*) then $120 and added DC Northeast (only had 3*) then 3.5* and got it!

I guess I bid too much because my first bid at 3.5* for $80 was accepted. Booked 7-28-11. Taxes and fees $18.82, 98.82 total.
