Thanks for the tips, used your link to book a stay for Lollapalooza weekend at either Grant Park or NMA 4*. I wanted to book early and figured I would have to pay more since it's a 'big' weekend.

Started at $85 on Friday and slowly retried all non 4* zones again this morning and got it for $133. Orbitz has it at $318 a night so that works for me!

Sounds like a good hotel so I'm happy, plus it's only a few blocks away from the action.

This is a great hotel, and an extraordinary deal for the Lollapalooza weekend - the Loop hotels all do book first during Lollapalooza, because people want to be closer to Grant Park. This is also a wonderful hotel in general - it's a very historic property that was restored several years ago and turned into a boutique hotel - many of the fine details of the architecture were either restored or recreated. Definitely a unique hotel that's one of the city's best 4*'s.
