Not much info on this board for IAD around this date, so I put in what I thought was a lowball hoping to get Hyatt Place.

Bid $39; accepted by Courtyard by Marriott. No complaints as it has free wi-fi , 24 hr airport shuttle, and Marriott's reservation system quoted $149 as best price using AAA discount.
