When you add 2 Adults and 2 kids 3.5 star goes up and 4 Star goes down

I SEE A 3* BY AIR PORT REGION THAT IS LISTED AT 47.00 THAT SEEMS REAL CHEAP. But where not set on any one spot just a nice place to stay for a night on our way to st.pete from ohio

List comp breakfast, fitness center, business center, high speed internet but not a pool I have tried to find a 3* without a pool have have not found one. Any input would help Thanks. And its listed as Savannah north Savannah intl airport. area

The Wingate has been reported with that amenity set in the past, so that would be my guess.

I booked a 4* in Savannah with HOTWIRE with the same description and ended up in the Hilton Desoto. I was pretty surprised because every website *except Travelocity had it listed as a 3.5*. I called Hotwire about the issue with no luck, just an "assurance" that the hotel would be up to my standards. It is exactly what I expect out of a Hilton, which is unquestionably NOT 4* quality, but the location is perfect. This combined with a bad 4* experience recently, I will probably never book with Hotwire again.
