Does reservation/credit card name matter?

Hi. I want to use priceline. Will it work if I use another credit card that's different than my name to reserve?

The name on the credit card used to purchase is not important, just make sure you use the name of the person travelling when prompted for "the name of the person who will be checking into the hotel".
