Priceline Hotel: failed bids June 8-12

Is it too soon to be bidding on these dates? I have failed bids at $165 Times Sq. theatre dist. 4* and

MSG 3* $110.

I have a cancellable reservation for $179 at Comfort Inn Times square just in case.-so I don't want to go over that. and it includes breakfast.

When is hotel inventory released?

There is no way to know when/if hotels will release inventory or if prices will go up/down - it all depends on if traffic. Please provide the zones you are interested in staying at, as well as desired star rating.

Am looking for 4* Times Sq/theatre dist. around $150

or MSG 3* or 3.5 for around $120.

Given the prices I'm seeing for regular rates for 4* TS properties on these dates, a 4* bid is likely going to take at least $185-215. I'd start at $110 for a 3* in MSG and work up to $120, but it may take somewhat higher than that for an accepted bid, given regular rates.
