Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* Chicago (Mag Mile-Streeterville) InterContinental

Hi,

I'm looking at the above hotel for Saturday night, 4/10/2010 checking out on Sunday, 4/11, two travellers. It does say that the hotel is 95% recommended and a 4.5 out of 5 on TripAdvisor. That does not seem to be a match for the Intercontinental, but i know that the IC is the hotel that comes up most often as the 4.5 in Streeterville. Also, the James typically has the spa icon as well. Any suggestions?

Sorry - it had disappeared, but now it's back:

* Fitness

* Restaurant

* Business Center

* High Speed Internet

The % satisfied seemed to toggle b/t 80% and 95%, and a 4 to 4.5 from TripAdvisor (the amenities always stayed the same - as did the price).

4/5 tripadvisor rating would likely be the Intercontinental, while 4.5/5 would likely be one of the other two (Conrad or James.)

Thanks Aaron. I ended up booking the Intercontinental (through the HOTWIRE links with the 4.0 TA rankings, etc from my previous posts). Just got back into town - the hotel was very nice at that price. Appreciate all the help - thanks.
