Initial bid of $62 made on 4/8/10 was accepted. I had already booked Element Lexington through Priceline for the 11th and 12th at $62 and was hoping to add a night there (thinking it was the only 3* in the zone), but this time it pulled up ALoft next door, which looks nice as well.
