Priceline Hotel: Afraid of Wyndham Universal Orlando

hi there, first message in forum.

I'm looking for something in 3.5* range for early June in Universal Orlando region. But after seeing recent reviews on Tripadvisor about the Wyndham I got really worried as it is one of the options for this range and people are really putting it down about cleanliness.

Tried to find something about here but not many opinions.

I'm just thinking if I should aim for 4* or take the risk

It was recently reported on the "New Boundaries, Star Ratings" thread that the Wyndham was downgraded to a 3* - I think it is now reflected on the Priceline hotel list as a 3*. This was just about a week ago.

HOTWIRE may be a good option for you, as while it is a little more expensive than PRICELINE, one can make an educated guess as to which hotels are showing.

I'm trying to find something from june 1st to 7th.

Would the longer period - 6 nights - be a setback to find good deals?
