Priceline Hotel: is Hyde park a safe "additional" neighborhood?

Guys, it's going to be my second time bidding on Priceline. I'm trying to bid on some 4* in NMA area in Chicago. My first bid was rejected. To avoid 24 hour block-out period, can I safely add Hyde park as a neighborhood? I only saw one 2* hotel in that area, but just want to make sure!

I'm only seeing 1*/2* in Hyde Pk (I can't imagine what the 1* in this zone may be.)
