I don't feel you pulled a mistake at all. If you have read my Sofitel win, you would have seen that I was rejected at $71 and $73. I won at $74 also.

That's what's so great about Better Bidding. Use the resources and get what may be the lowest price. I think you did.

Just went by lowest bid won by the other posters, without taking into consideration demand may be lower the nights I was bidding for. Hopefully hit that "sweet spot," but hate not knowing the absolute low was. Had three free rebids, b/c we have two different credit cards to use, and it wouldn't have hurt to wait the 24 hours too. oh well, live and learn.

Hi I hope i'm not posting in the wrong place- still reading up how exactly to this (looking for budapest) - i was just wondering can you specify you want a double bed rather than two singles? or will the hotel be willing to confirm this directly after booking?
