len_chan Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 I'm on the West Coast. By the time I'm home from work and have gotten around to bidding for hotel rooms for an upcoming vacation, it's quite late, especially, compared to Eastern Time zones. I imagine that staff at hotel chains are updating their PL hotel room inventory during typical business hours. Do you think these rooms would go live immediately? I suspect so, how else could they dump last minute rooms? So, would I be better off bidding at lunch time, Pacific time?
yellowdog Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 I don't think there's a best time to bid. The price would be the same if an update is made 2PM and you bid 4PM or 9PM (in most cases).if you need any help with an upcoming stay so please post the details and we'll be happy to help you.Yellowdog.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
