sgaz
Looking to book in Waikiki. Dates selected are 30 May - 5 June. Hotwire lists a 3.5* "Waikiki Marina" condo at 89.00 per night. Amenities are: Condo, Near beach, Studio, Fully equipped kitchen, smoke free rooms, Daily housekeeping, Fitness center, Pool(s). It lists an 85% customer review rating. Link to comment
yellowdog
I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. And i don't know the area well enough to take an educated guess for this.Any plan B?Yellowdog. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Link to comment

It sounds a lot like the "Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai". We stayed there before. It is used (or owned in part?) by a timeshare company. The hotel's website lists a promotional rate at $89 as well. We may end up going with them directly since we were previously quite satisfied-- and since their promo rate is as good as anything else we have seen for studios with a kitchen. We have a couple of rooms reserved, but still have our eyes open for Hotwire last minute deals. Link to comment
BrianD4
I was going to post earlier that the Ilikai sounded like a match. Link to comment
sgaz
We ended up booking a 2 bedroom at the Hilton Hawaiaan Village and paying (gulp) ... retail. The hotel was awesome though. As far as location goes the Ilikai (if the HOTWIRE hotel is the Ilikai) is directly across from Hilton and is in the middle of everything. Link to comment
AaronJB
Glad to hear the stay at the Hilton worked out well. :)Please use the site's Hilton.com link in the support/travel section to start Hilton purchases. Link to comment
