AaronJB Posted April 4, 2010 Report Posted April 4, 2010 This property is in the West Loop - this is definitely a quiet area at night, but is fine during the day. This property was renovated/remodeled last year, and it was a pretty dramatic renovation - this used to be a VERY dark (which was actually kinda neat, as it was such an extreme difference from most properties in the city) property (both in terms of color and lighting), but they redid the halls and rooms. The main lobby/living room still looks the same (and has rather interesting architecture - this was previously a historic/older property, and was turned into the W around 2000 or so.)
