Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Charleston (Ashley River) La Quinta

After studying the list of pinned hotels for the Downtown and Ashley River areas, I was hoping for one of the quaint 2.5* hotels listed for the historic area. My bid of $65 was rejected for downtown, so I added the Ashley River area to my bid hoping for the highly-reviewed Best Western. My bid of $60 won me a night in the La Quinta Charleston Riverview. I think I could have gotten a better price knowing this hotel was on the table. Better luck to others!
