I started my bidding at $65 with only the 4* and Inner Harbor region options being my only selections.

After being turned down, I moved my bid up to $74 and added another region (in addition to Inner Harbor) that I knew did not have a 4*. My bid of $74 was accepted.

Breakdown is....$74 + $17.94 = $91.94 total price for one night (Fri. night).
