Given the higher star rating, the lower price, and the 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor reviews, i'd sooner take a chance on the 4.5* property... unless there is something in particular or a specific location within the zone.

If you there is something specific you're seeking, you can try the following... if you change your search to 4adults/0children a new 4* hotel appears in this zone with:

Boutique, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Internet

This is a match for the Alden Houston Hotel so that would be my best guess for this one, if this works for your needs.
