I'm sorry to say that a 3* property with this amenitie combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

But if you change your search to 3 adults is there a 3* W/Shuttle, Pool, Fitness, Laundry. This is a match for the Holiday Inn at Augusta Rd. I-85. So that would be my best guess.
