Priceline Hotel: 3* Upscale Hotel, Chelsea Area 5/13/10-5/17/10

Putting up my Mother and Grandmother in Chelsea for four nights. Looks like best 3 star hotwire hot rate in Chelsea - Madison Square Garden area hotel is $199/night with business center and hi-speed internet access as amenities. Not seeing this hotel in the hotwire list.

Pricline has "3 Star Upscale Hotel, Chelsea Area" with average retail price of $224.

Any idea if a $99 bid or less might win or what the hotel might be?

Note that PRICELINE isn't offering you a 3* hotel which normally sells for $224, they saying that for your dates the average of 3* hotels sells for $224 (so if there are two hotels in the zone, one could sell for $150 and the other for $298... making the average $224)
