Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 2* and 2.5* Memphis (downtown)

Please help...I've tried doing the research and can't come up with anything.

2* downtown Memphis - Fitness, restaurant, business, laundry, and internet.

2.5* downtown Memphis - Comp. breakfast, fitness, pool, and restaurant.

On my HOTWIRE search the above are priced at $74 and $96 respectively, which seem somewhat high for this star level of hotel... and there is a 3.5* i this zone for $69; both higher rated and less expensive then either of the above. Is there a reason you're not looking at this property instead of the two above and/or something in particular you're looking for from this stay?

I don't know that I want the Crowne Plaza...wanted something closer to downtown.

If you go to Expedia (please use this link) the Sleep Inn At Court Square is available for $84/nite and the hotel gets good reviews... would this work for your plans?

Yes, the Sleep Inn would be perfect, however I can't find the $84 rate? And I think I checked into them before, but they don't have rooms with 2 double beds (there are 3 of us). I'm starting to lean towards Econolodge, but still going to keep my eye on HOTWIRE and PRICELINE for a hot deal. :) Thanks for all your help and research on this!
