Taxes and Fees were $10.30/night.

I bid $42 on a 3* for Austin Aiport/South for Easter Weekend (April 2-4, 2010) hoping to get Courtyard Airport. The result was "congratulations you've been upgraded to 3.5* - Hilton Austin Airport. Normally I would be happy to be upgraded, but as some have mentioned in the past, this hotel charges $11 for parking--plus it's a bit farther from our relatives' house. It's still a good deal, though, thanks to betterbidding.com.

Congratulations on your success. :)

Sorry to hear that the hotel isn't exactly what you were hoping for, but glad you are satisfied with the deal.

Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using the site's PRICELINE link.

Enjoy your stay.

Just an update from my trip. The Hilton Austin Airport did not charge guests for parking the weekend that we were there. Even though you take a parking ticket and all the signs say there is an $11 per day charge for self parking, the gate was never closed, and the booth was never occupied with an attendant. I asked at the front desk, and they said that there was no charge for self parking. So that was a nice surprise... don't know if that's just an Easter weekend thing or if that's how they operate all the time.

Overall the hotel is very nice.

FYI, I paid $11 for the parking on the Saturday I stayed there.
