Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Savannah (Historic District) Need help

I'm trying to book a room in Savannah for 4/2 - 4/5 and have been unsuccessful ths far.

Here's what I've done already:

Started bidding at $55 in the Historic District and was rejected.

Bid $60 and added Savannah - West Garden City - rejected.

Bid $65 and added Savannah - Gateway.

Scared to keep bidding as there is a risk of actually getting one of the other areas for such a high price.

Help!

My max budget/night is $75, but would prefer a lower rate.

I'm targetting the Historic Zone(s) and would prefer a 3.5 - 4*.

Have you read the Priceline Re-Bidding Explained thread and are you comfortable using your FIVE re-bid zones which you have when bidding for a 3.5* hotel in this area?
