Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* Quincy Market Financial District Area Hotel

Price shown is $144 for 2 adults. The property also shows an 85% approval rating.

When I switched to 2 adults and 2 kids I get the same Amenities but for $168 and the property shows a 90% approval rating.

I know that the Intercontinental and Langham both list the same amenities under 4.5* but the 85% and 90% approvals is the one thing that separates them. Does anyone know which is which? I really want the Intercon since I have an Ambassador Gold membership with them.

I actually have figured out that the difference between the Intercontinental and Langham is as follows:

Langham=85% Recommended

Intercontinental=90% Recommended

While this may change based future reviews, I believe it to be accurate as of right now.
