Please help identify Beverly Hills West Hollywood 4* for $114 boutique hotel with only 65%recommendation with pool and restaurant non smoking;

and there is also 3* for $102 also boutique hotel recommended by 90% (although trip adviser rating is 3.5) close to golf and tennis non smoking.

There is also one in Hollywood 4* $129 70% recommend, bed choice, pool, restaurant business center.
