Unfortunately the property above has not yet been reported to the board or identified.

Do you need a Condo for this one nite stay or was it the price which was attractive relative to the other hotel offerings?

I'm looking at booking a resort (Sky Ranch Lodge) in Sedona through their website (haven't found it on Hotwire or Priceline) and wanted to see what my other options were. Since this condo is the roughly the same price as Sky Ranch, I would like to compare and contrast them to figure out which I'd prefer.

Given this property has not yet been identified, it's a toss-up... this one is 3* rated (by HOTWIRE standards), the TA rating of 3.5 is pretty good, but only 65% recommended by HOTWIRE guets.

The Sky Ranch Lodge gets good TA reviews... but reviewers may have low expectations as well since that property is generally considered 2*.

I guess it depends upon your level of adventure for this one and also if you think you would utilize any of the features of the Condo.
