Anyone know what hotel this might be?

I've pulled up a Hotwire listing for 3.5* for one night - 2/17-2/18, at $91 a night. With taxes and fees, total is 106.95. Here's the list of amenities:

Relative to other rates i'm seeing for your dates this seems like a very good deal.

Do you have any type of alternative or back-up that you think comes close to this?
