I am new at this and alittle lost

maybe I can get some help

First if I name my price do I have to bid? I seen some bid talk and got lost .

Also what fees are there I was thinking of using Priceline through the link poster on this site.

I am looking for a 4 * or better at the end of our cruise

Looking for 2 nights in Downtown Vancouver Hotel / Motel June 11th checking out the 13th

Thanks in advance

Welcome to BetterBidding!

If you decide to "name your own price" it involves bidding on PRICELINE. However, if you decide to go this route, you need not be intimidated by the process as we can walk you thru everything step-by-step.

Your other option is to try HOTWIRE which is a bit simpler, but usually costs a little more. HOTWIRE shows you up to one hotel offering at each star level per zone, the amenities offered by the hotel, and a price... but not the hotel name. You can browse the offerings and choose one to purchase, at which point you'll pay for the non-refundable room and be told the name of the hotel. However, before you purchase, we can try to help you take an educated guess as to which hotel you may received based upon the amenities with the offering.

If you haven't see it yet, this is a good thread to star with: I've Never Used Priceline or Hotwire

Let us know your thoughts or questions regarding the above and if/how you'd like to proceed, we'll try to help.

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.

Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
