So Holiday Inn Express is a 3-star hotel? I am surprised they have it that high of a rating, because most of the star rating in downtown hotels are 3 star too. (Unless HOTWIRE rates stars different then PRICELINE)

PRICELINE, HOTWIRE, and other services all have their own criteria for evaluating properties... a 3* in one service is not necessarily a 3* thru a different service.
