Listed for $77 per night. Amenities include Smoke free rooms available, fitness center, restaurant, business center, high speed internet available, pool.

80% customer satisfaction rate. Any guesses? I've never traveled to this area before and need a room for a family on vacation.

Also, to visit popular local sites such as Pikes Peak, is southern or nothern Co Springs better?

There were two hotels discussed in your Hotwire Kansas City thread, can you please add a reply there clarifying which set of amenities were associated with the Courtyard you purchased.

For the Colorado Springs property, are you also seeing a Shuttle icon associated with this property?

South is closer to Pikes Peak and most of the other major tourist attractions, as well as downtown. The airport is also south.

North is closer to the Air Force Academy and is generally the more upscale end of town (but primarily residential).
