This turned out to be 2.5* Ramada Spokane Valley. 3 nights with tax was $198.55.

Review: location was great, breakfast was fine, free internet access in the lobby, limited wi-fi, there is a hot tub in the main building but we did not use, there is an outdoor/seasonal pool. Friends have stayed here before and said it was fine. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience...we ended up in a pet-friendly room in the second building (room numbers in the 300s); the hallways smelled strongly of pets, and the room was full of pet hair. The hotel was booked solid due to a busy weekend, so no chance of switching rooms. We tried to stick it out but ended up moving to a different hotel for the 3rd night. This was a disappointing stay for a Ramada! Perhaps the main building is better, but we won't chance it again.

I would contact them separately, just letting them know the severity of your disappointment in the property that you actually had to leave early, and ask them to re-evaluate the star rating.
