I'm going to San Juan on feb-8 for 2 nights ( feb-9 to feb-10 )

I'm looking to pay $140 for a 4* can you give me some tips?

There are no 4* rated hotels (according to Priceline) in San Juan... there are 3*, Boutiques, and then Resorts.

Which of these are you interested in?

Rates are high for your dates, what is your back-up plan if you're not successful with Priceline?

This hotel used to be the Old San Juan and was recently taken over by Sheraton.

Can you please also include the amenties that were shown before purchase. You can still view these by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right corner of their home page.
