Hotwire Hotel: Help W/ OC Doubletree Hotel vs Doubletree Club

Hello;

I was wondering if someone could help me.

Hotwire often gives offers for Doubletree Club and the Double Tree Hotel.

Both have the same amenities. Both are listed as Costa Mesa - Orange County Airport - Irvine area Hotel

I have stayed in both several times and the thing is I loooooove the Doubletree Club and can't stand the Doubletree Hotel. The two hotels are located in the same city and right across the street from each other but my experience at the Doubletree Club versus The Doubletree Hotel is night and day difference.

I want to book the Doubletree Club as often as possible but I DON'T want to buy the Doubletree Hotel across the street by accident. Does anyone have any idea how to differentiate the two on Hotwire?

If you are a member of Hotwire Express request that Doubletree Hotel be blocked fron your screen. This is solve your problem. There ae\re certain hotels which I have blocked from my screen.

Thank you for your response. I called Hotwire customer service to ask about this service on Express and per usual of Hotwire, I was put on hold for 30 minutes and got frustrated. They seemed to know nothing about it.

Can you give me any more information about how to block? Is there a way to go about it without going through Customer Service??
