With PRICELINE (yes, even with their current promotion) you're not bidding on a specific hotel, and the amenities that are being shown are not for a specific property, but are amenities associated with all 4 star hotels.

As well, the price is what somebody else has won the property for their own dates, which may be entirely different than the dates (and rates) of your own stay.

We can help you with a strategy to bid on a 4* hotel in this zone, but there is no 'identifying' which hotel you will likely get on a PRICELINE bid. If you're trying to take an educated as to the property you may likely get before your purchase, HOTWIRE may be a better option as you can often guess based upon the amenities shown before your purchase... but the trade-off is that HOTWIRE usually costs a little more than PRICELINE.
