Hotwire Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown West) InterContinental Front Street

hi there i am looking some help on identifying this 4* toronto east hotel ($109) for 21 sept to 27 sept the amenities are

4* east toronto

weightsroom

restaurant

business centre

internet

spa

(bedchoice)

the overall satisfaction is 75% there is no trip adivsor rating has anyone got any ideas which hotel it might be? :)

3.5 star east Toronto,

fitness. Centre

the rate is$74 for 21 sept for ) nights any ideas??

The 4* Downtown East property matches previous reports for the Sutton Place Hotel Toronto so that would be my best guess for this one. I would also include the Westin Harbour Castle as a second guess as it has comes up frequently, and has all the amenities above, but never seen with this exact combination, so while not the most likely outcome, i would at least be open to the possibility of this property being received.

Best guess for the 4* West property is the Inter-Continental Toronto Centre. Again, i'll add a secondary guess of the Sheraton, for the same/similar reasons above.

The 3.5* matches previous reports for the Delta Chelsea so that would be my best guess there.

Thanks for the above reply I thought the same about the 3 hotels but what did not match was the customer satisfaction 70% 75% 85% etc so I wasent sure the hotels were correct?

The Toronto east hotel now has removed the bedchoice all other amenities remain the same apart from the approval rate is now 90% any ideas where this could be?

The "bed choice" option is a fairly new option from HOTWIRE and we've seen it come and go from search to search, so this is not used in trying to identify the property. Therefore the inclusion, or it no longer appearing, doesn't assist in trying to narrow the possibilities for this one.

The percent recommended is based upon feedback from HOTWIRE customers (not taken from Tripadvisor which is where i assume you're making the comparison) which is why you're not seeing the data match up with the properties guessed.

ignore the above post as the 4 * east is back to 75% rating. I have tried searching all the above through hotwires vacation section to see what hotels show up for my dates

for the 4* it is showin

but not the sutton place hotel

for 4* west

intercontential

hilton

renaissance

marriott eaton centre

sheraton is coming up not free

for 3.5 star

delta chelsea is not showing

what do you think i thought if the sutton place and delta chelsea didnt show when i put in a vacation search then maybe it would not be them hotels??

i am getting the customer satisfaction ratings from their actual hotels listed (when i do a vacation search) but still none match up??:)

The satisfaction ratings are from HOTWIRE users while the vacation packages are powered by Expedia, so again, you're not comparing apples-to-apples.

I think the best guesses are in my post #4 above. Is there something in particular you're looking for from this stay?

thanks for the answer about the satisfaction i am just looking somewhere nice to stay with pool or spa i would ideally love to stay at westin harbour castle sometimes when i check the 4* it comes up with 90% satisfaction instead of the usual 75% could this be the westin?

also would be interested in if anyone has stayed at the sutton and there experiences there as some websites have it down as only a 3*

we are booking for our 1st wedding anniversary so would ideally love somewhere really nice

that is why i am not sure about the 4*east options and may pay the extra for 4* west but this rate is a little higher so would be interested if anyone knows what the 90% satisfaction 4* east maybe

i am looking a nice hotel with either a pool or spa for our 1st wedding anniversary and am looking anyones opinion on east or west toronto hotels east is approx$115 per night and from a previous post could possibly be the sutton placce or westin harbour the west hotel is $139 per night and could be intercontential centre or sheraton(although on sheraton website there is no availiability) the amenities are

east hotel

spa,internet,business centre, restaurant,fitness suite (sometimes it has bedchoice and is 75% satisfaction other times no bed choice 90%) not sure if this means 2 different hotels??

west

spa,pool,internet,restaurant,business centre, internet 85%

i would love your opinions on east v west
