Hi, I'm new to bidding and would like some advice with getting into the W Hotel. Priceline is listing a rate of $209 per night for the weekend I'd like to stay. I've read some other posts, and am wondering if this is the right strategy for the weekend of 5/21-5/23:

Bid $99 for 4* in Hollywood

if rejected add Lawndale?

Would you be okay with a hotel aside from the W? If you bid for a 4* Hollywood, you could possibly get a different hotel than the W.
