Best guess for the 4* Downtown property would be the Millenium Hilton with a new set of amenity icons. Of course can't be certain since this property hasn't been reported with these amenities before, but not too many NYC hotels have pools and the Triapdvisor info matches the current user review rating for this property.

The 3* matches previous reports for the Holiday Inn Express Madison Square Garden while the 3.5* is a match for the New Yorker Ramada Plaza, so this would be my best guess for each of these.
