Hello again,

I just went for it and it was indeed the MGM. Extremely pleased; saved a bunch from the hotels own website and I'm seeing a concert at the MGM so it works rather perfectly.

Summary:

Hotel rate per night - Hotwire hot Rate: $99.00

Nights: 1

Rooms: 1

Subtotal: $99.00

Tax recovery charges and fees: $19.10

Total price: $118.10

If you go on the MGM Grand special deals and are booking for 3 nights , you will get the room for as low as $62 per night. We already checked this one out.

The MGM Grand Special is not available for the date above... that promotion is only good for the next week or so (dates thru the first week in April) and for a 3 nite stay... the above win is for a one nite stay in August.
