Priceline Hotel: San Diego Gaslamp Hotwire IDs?

I'm booking for 4/30-5/7, 1-2people, San Diego, Gaslamp Quarter via Hotwire

Can you help ID:

5* (only one with this rating) $168

smoke free, fitness, restaurants, business center, high speed internet

4* $109

boutique, smoke free, fitness, restaurant, high speed internet

Also,

I see that many people are getting Marriot via 4* bid a little below $70 on Priceline. I'd rather not stay there and would be willing to pay more for another hotel.. would starting a bid at 75 more likely get picked up by the Omni or Westin? I realize you can't really zone in on Gaslamp via Priceline and my chances of being accepted by a hotel on the outskirts is larger..

The 5* property is a match for the U.S. Grant Hotel while the 4* is a match for the Hotel Indigo so that would be my best guess for each.

On PRICELINE it's not recommended to bid high for a 'better' hotel, as you could just as easily end up overbidding and receiving the hotel you were trying to avoid... compounding the issue by paying too much for it. If there is a hotel in the zone you're trying to avoid then HOTWIRE is usually a better option.
