I just got this hotel. I have not seen it reported before.

Its location is surrounded by hospitals. Dana Farber, Beth Isreal Deaconess, Brighams and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical Institute and the Children's Hospital of Boston.

For those who need a place to stay while their loved ones are in these hospital might find this information useful.

The address is 342 Longwood Avenue, Boston ,MA. The Longwood subway stop is 2.5 blocks away.

I forgot to give the bid history.

I bid 2.5* Brookline/Brighton $79 first rejected then added 1* Fenway as free rebid area and $85 accepted. Also the correct name for the hotel on your pinned list is "Best Western Inn at Longwood Medical" no center.
