I think this is Graduation weekend in Springfield, so a lot of hotels were already booked.

I started by bidding $59 for a 3* in the Springfield South area and was rejected.

Added the Springfield Central region (no 3 stars there) and raised bid to $62 and was rejected.

Added Springfield Regional Airport region (no 3 stars there) and raised bid to $69 and was rejected.

Next day I bid $35 for a 2* in the Springfield South area and was rejected.

Today I bid $42 for a 2* in the Springfield South area and it was accepted for the Sleep Inn. This is actually the closest hotel to where our meeting is so we are very happy.
