FL Orlando Best Western Lake Buena Vista

Best Western Lake Buena Vista was quite a shock. It was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever been in. I'd definately avoid bidding on this star level and zone to avoid this hotel. Add a $9.00 resort fee.

Many items in the room did not function properly: Television had a very fuzzy picture, telephone would not dial the front desk, air condition unit did not function properly, the door fell off the chest of drawers when I opened it, the safe did not function, the toilet would not flush unless you held down the handle for 60 seconds. (this was all in one night).

Best Western and Disney (it is an "official" Downtown Disney property) should be ashamed of this mess.

I could not drink enough wine to make this place pretty. :) :) :o :)
