Hotwire Hotel: 3* Minneapolis (St Paul Downtown) Best Western Kelly Inn

Not a great win for the price, but I wasn't aware the Best Western Kelly Inn had upgraded to a 3*. I thought it was the Holiday Inn. Oh well. We are getting a free shuttle to the Xcel for the Bon Jovi concert and free parking. Beware of the upgrade!
