Can anyone comment on the current condition of the Chelsea and are winnning bids being reserved in the annex or in the main hotel? thank you

There's no way to know exactly what room one will be assigned with a PRICELINE or HOTWIRE reservation, but there was a report of being placed in the annex section a week or two ago by another poster.
