The property in your first post matches previous reports for the Holiday Inn M4-Jct 4 so that would be my best guess.

Note that the Tripadvisor information shown by HOTWIRE does NOT match the car rating shown at TA for the Holiday Inn, so this put a cloud of doubt over this ID, but the HOTWIRE info is not updated in realtime (it's only updated about once a month) so the actual Tripadvisor rating may have changed since the last update took place by HOTWIRE.

I went 4 star in the end and it was the Crowne Plaza Heathrow $56 a night for 2/4/10 to 5/4/10
