Hotwire Hotel: Help ID Downtown Montreal

Hi,

I'm going to Montreal from May 6 to May 9 for the UFC fights.

Can someone please help me identify either of these hotels?

3.5* Downtown Montreal

Amenities: Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Laundry, Hi-Speed Internet, Spa, Childrens' Activity Progam

$103/night

OR

3* Downtown Montreal

Amenities: Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Hi-Speed Internet

$94/night

Location is my biggest concern. Hoping to get as close to the Bell Centre as possible.

The 3.5* is a match for the Delta Center-ville so that would be my best guess for this one.

The amenity combination for the 3* is common for a Downtown hotel, but this does match previous reports for the Days Hotel and Conference Center so that would be my best guess here (although as a secondary guess i wouldn't rule out the Le Nouvel Hotel which has previously been seen with the amenities above except for the Internet icon... given i imagine the hotel offers Hi-Speed Internet service, it's always possible that this icon has been added since the hotel was last reported to the board)
