Please help ID this 5* hotel in Las Vegas Central strip on Hotwire.

I cannot seem to find the ratings approval from Trip Advisor. Where would i find that on the Hotwire site?

Last trip ended up being Wynn for $112/night from May 31 - June 3, 2009. The amenities were the same as the ones listed below in my newest inquiry.
