I need two nights, 4/8-4/10, but I'm considering splitting between two near-by properties because the 4/9 night came in so cheap. That option doesn't even appear if you search only for the night of 4/8.

The amenities for the Boutique property match previous reports for the Washington Court Hotel, however, that hotel was last reported at the 3.5* level... i'm going to guess that it has been upgraded since it was last reported to the board.

Best guess for the 4* offered 4/8-4/10 is the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.
