My guess would be the Lotus at Diamond Head or the Hilton, 'hiding' some of its amenities, but as a hotel with these exact amenities has not yet been seen, can't say for certain that this is the case, but with few 4* hotels in this area that would be my best guess.

FYI, for prospective bidders: there is only valet parking available at this hotel and it was $25/day.
