The 4* matches multiple properties... the Hilton Toronto, Sheraton Centre, InterContinental on Front, and Renaissance have all been reported with this amenity combination, so an of these would be my best guess for this one.

The 3.5* matches previous reports for the Delta Chelsea so that would be my best guess here.
