mymemory Posted March 5, 2010 Report Posted March 5, 2010 First of all - BEST travel help site.Without this site, one cannot make substantial savings with "educated" guesses.I am planning to travel to Monterey tomorrow (3/6). -primary goal aquarium !Thinking of pacific grove and monterey area (since carmel valley and marina are a little further from aquarium). please correct me if i am wrong.What would be the 2 1/2 star hotels in those areas for around 35 price range bid - with fees around 50 $.I read somewhere that there is a hotel right next to a strip club (a 2* hotel i guess,which had good reviews) - i do not want to stay there !!or am I better off staying in 3 star- further from monterey .Thanks for any help !
